Poggio d’Oro’s summer camps are cherished for their unique setting, where nature, history, and art come together to create an inspiring environment for learning and play.
The activities are led by experienced educators—both Italian and international—working alongside local members of our association. This collaboration fosters a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, where residents and guests of all ages connect through a spirit of sharing, care for others, and respect for the land.
Our educational approach places great value on time spent outdoors and on the creative and artistic exploration of nature, encouraging children to learn through experience, imagination, and relationship.
Since 2017, we have offered five weeks of diverse and engaging summer program each year. These camps have become beloved by both local families and our broader community of members. Past activities have included:
– building an earthen oven
– puppet-making and storytelling
– visual arts
– camping in the forest
– woodworking and sewing
– circus arts
– music, archaeology, and traditional games… and much more.
Our camps are designed for two age groups: 3–6 years and 6–14 years.
We welcome children and teens throughout the month of July, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Summer 2025 is just around the corner—come join us for a season of creativity, discovery, and connection.
